Orchidea De Santis started her career in 1964 with a bit part in the Italian flick Queste pazze pazze donne (tr. These Crazy Crazy Women) but let us tell you, things got way better in a big hurry… The remainder of her career was spent in such Italian features as The Labyrinth of Sex (1969), Decameroticus (1972), Beffe, licenze et amori del Decamerone segreto (AKA The Ribald Decameron) (1972), La Padrina (AKA Lady Dynamite) (1973), Giochi proibiti dell’Aretino Pietro, I (AKA Tales of Erotica) (1973), Red Light Girls (1974), La nipote (AKA The Niece) (1974), La dottoressa sotto il lenzuolo (AKA Under the Sheets) (1976), and Una bella governante di colore (AKA A Beautiful Black Housekeeper) (1976). Can you say “Skinful?” Sure, Orchidea shows off a great deal of flesh in the aforementioned films but one cannot deny that L’ ingenua (tr. The Naive) (1975) is her finest effort. The presence of her enormous, sloping breasts is worth more than the lack of plot or the rental fee. As an added bonus, her turn in 1972’s Amore e morte nel giardino degli dei (AKA Love and Death in the Garden of the Gods) provides another close-up look at both her tits and her lovely, curvaceous ass, so don’t miss that one, either. Orchidea stopped showing skin in the ’70s but kept acting in flicks like Arrivano i gatti (tr. Here Come the Cats) (1980), Tenerezza (tr. Tenderness) (1987), and Close Friends (1992). Her final project was 1996’s Il caso Redoli (tr. The Redoli Case).
